Returns & Exchanges
At Storied Roots, we place emphasis on our listing photos and descriptions to make sure that you know the quality, style, and appearance of the item you are purchasing. With this in mind, we do not accept returns of any items unless damage during shipping has occurred. Please see our Damages policy below for more details.
Gift Card Policy
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for gift card purchases.
Can I Cancel My Order?
We allow order cancellations up until the item(s) have shipped. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to contact@storiedroots.com with CANCEL in the subject line. Once the item(s) is picked up or submitted to the carrier, our normal Returns & Exchanges policy applies. Custom items can be cancelled, less the deposit required to begin production, and less all shipping fees (if applicable).
Damages
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, and reach out to us right away at contact@storiedroots.com if the item was damaged during transit. We are unable to accommodate any damage reports received more than 24 hours after delivery. Pictures of the damaged goods in their original shipping packaging are required in order for us to refund or replace the item.
