Shipping Policy

The vast majority of our collection of furniture, statuary, and decor are hand-crafted and therefore don't come boxed or have any original packaging. While this saves a large amount of packaging waste, it does mean that a bit of extra thought and planning must go into our shipping and delivery process. Our first preference is to ship all of our larger pieces via independent in-home delivery service in order to make the delivery process as easy for our customers as possible. If ever you would like us to explore alternative delivery methods, or if you would prefer to pick up directly or arrange your own shipping, please don't hesitate to reach out.

I Just Placed An Order, When Will It Ship?

Boxed Item  -  Small Decor / Small Furniture

If your item(s) can be shipped in a box via UPS or FedEx, please allow 3 - 7 business days for the item(s) to be packed and picked up by the carrier. A tracking number will be made available once pick up occurs.

In-Home Delivery  -  Large Decor / Large Furniture / Small Statuary

If your item(s) are to be delivered via independent in-home delivery service, pick up times can vary although we try hard to move this process as quickly as possible. We've had pieces picked up the same day as the order is placed, or sometimes a bit longer, potentially up to two weeks or so.

 

Delivery timing is based on a number of factors including but not limited to: delivery location, size/weight of item(s), total shipping distance, availability/schedule of drivers.  Again, please reach out if you'd like us to explore any other shipping options available. We have even on a few occasions loaded up our own trailer and delivered ourselves!
 
Freight Delivery  -  Oversized Furniture / Large Statuary
 
Freight deliveries are shipped on a pallet via trucking line to the driveway of your home or business. Please allow up to 5 - 10 business days for the item(s) to be packed and picked up by the carrier. A tracking number will be made available once pick up occurs. The trucking line will attempt to contact you to set a delivery appointment, however if they are unable to make this contact, the item(s) will be delivered at their first availability with no signature required.
